Now that spring has finally sprung and the warmer days are coming, what could be better than a beautiful Chablis !!

What is Chablis?

Chablis is the town in the center of the northernmost region of Burgundy. Vineyards dominate the surrounding area, rising on both sides of the Serein River.

Chablis, the wine, is 100% Chardonnay. No other grape variety is allowed in the four Chablis Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC), and no one has ever seen the need to change that. The grapes thrive in the cool climate and clay-limestone soil, resulting in perhaps the purest Chardonnay on the planet.

For Chardonnay lovers, Chablis is pure paradise. For wine lovers who are fed up with Chardonnay, give your taste buds a happy shock. It's Chardonnay like you've never had it before.
